It’s been a couple of months since we launched VAll, and while you all have been applying for amazing quests and internships, we keep hearing the same thing:
“I love this, but I wish I could do something similar in my neighbourhood,” or “I have this brilliant idea, but how do I even start?”
That startup keeda (bug) is in all of us, and it’s buzzing for impact!
We also heard from our amazing adult community, who came to us and said:
“Well, the NGO work is for the kids, what do we do? We don’t have a lot of flexible time, but we want to do something local which is sustainable and not just about cleaning streets.”
Well, we heard you. We didn’t just hear you; we built the answer. (And yes, I love how fast we can build things now!)
I’m thrilled to introduce Build Your Own Collab—the new VAll feature that is literally your personal launchpad for impact. This isn’t just an update; it’s us handing the reins to you to say: start your own thing. (Don’t worry, we will add funding and mentors soon, fingers crossed we get funding for that one)

Build Your Own Collab is designed to unlock that founder energy in you. Think of it as your first major project where you’re not a volunteer, but the Chief Changemaker! Founders are not made in a day, so use this to test your skills.
We’ve even pre-loaded some ideas on what you could do, and will highlight others as they launch theirs.

This can be your first one, but you can continue to build more or join quests and keep growing your Impact Portfolio for Life.

Dream Big, Start Small: Log in to VAll and click on “Build Your Own Collab”. Just give us the essentials: What is your project, and why does it matter?
Call to Action: List the roles you need filled. Be specific! Are you looking for a great writer for social media? A fantastic organiser? Or just people to join you in the fun. Post the need, share it in your network and let the talent pool find you.
Watch the Magic Happen: As people join, use the VAll platform to coordinate, communicate, and most importantly, track your progress. Seeing those impact metrics grow is the most rewarding part of the whole journey.
