They say the antidote to founder burnout is delegation. But when your pockets aren't 'unlimited,' you have to get creative. You use the VAll model. The thing we are pitching to all NGOs should apply to us, too. If you are resource-crunched and need the best minds, you offer them VAll.
Well, here is an interesting opportunity for all young adults who want to create something cool over the summer. You’ll be working directly with Sourav and me , no layers, just core-team building and real-world design-thinking

Are available to give 10-15 or more hours a week
Plan to show up, ideate, innovate.
I am looking for a team that will work closely with me, form their own teams, and help me build VAll in a way that makes it useful for all students in India to be employable.
